All SwishTech devices are covered with warranty for up to one year after purchase date. You need to fill in the form to the right to register your device. Conditions apply:
The SwishPhone Gen1 and Gen2 are covered for hardware and software failures. These devices are not covered for glass screen breakages, customer breakages (dropped phone, sim card stuck, etc).
The SwishWatch Gen1 and Gen2 are covered for hardware, software and screen failures. These devices are not covered for customer breakages (excl. screen damage).
All Other SwishTech Devices
All other SwishTech devices are covered for hardware failures only. Software failure and/or customer breakages are not covered.
What happens if I’m not registered or outside of warranty?
If you have not registered your device for warranty, you are not covered and you may be charged for any repairs. If you are outside warranty or you purchased the device from a marketplace seller – you can pay for a year of warranty for just £10.00 a year.
